📜 Ticketing & Refunds

• The event adopts multi-phase ticket sales. Each phase is limited in time and quantity. Once sold out, sales move directly into the next phase.
• If the final presale phase sells out early, tickets can be purchased on-site on the day of the event. Only same-day tickets will be sold at the venue.
• Guests holding presale tickets may enjoy priority entry. Please arrive early to avoid long waiting times during peak hours.
• Personal refunds will incur a 5% handling fee.
• Refunds can be requested within 3 days of purchase (excluding the purchase date). ❌ No refunds will be accepted from the 4th day onward.
• If tickets are purchased less than 3 days before the event, refund requests must be completed before the event begins.
• Example: Purchase 2026/05/23 → Deadline 2026/05/26
• Example: Purchase 2026/05/24 → Deadline 2026/05/27
• ⚠️ No refunds after the deadline.

• Each ticket includes government entertainment tax and ticketing service fee. All payment flows and taxation are handled by iNDIEVOX.

🎫 Admission & Ticket Check

• Each 3-Night Pass will receive 1 QRCode (valid for all nights). Please present at entrance for scanning. ⚠️ Do not screenshot or forward your QRCode, as malicious use may affect your entry rights.
• To control venue capacity, re-entry will only be allowed starting from the 4th hour of the event. Guests who need to leave earlier must repurchase tickets and undergo strict security checks. Whether re-entry is allowed depends on venue capacity at that time.
• One ticket per person. Lost tickets will not be reissued; a new ticket must be purchased.
• Please double-check the event and date before purchasing. No ticket exchanges will be provided.
• ❌ Prohibited: restricted items, handheld fan, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, lighters, chewing gum, whistles, firearms, weapons, drugs, outside food & beverages, alcohol.
• ❌ Only mobile phones allowed. Cameras, video recorders, loudspeakers, and other electronic devices are strictly forbidden.
• All prohibited items will be collected at the entrance. ⚠️ The organizer is not responsible for storage or loss.

🚬 Smoking Regulations

• 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the interior of the venue; this includes e-cigarettes.
• An outdoor smoking area is provided for this event. However, please place your cigarettes, lighters, and e-cigarettes into the designated collection bins before joining the queue for entry. Strict security checks are performed at the entrance and when returning from the outdoor smoking area. Please be advised that cigarettes, lighters, or e-cigarettes discovered during security checks are considered prohibited items and cannot be brought into the venue.
• The aforementioned prohibited items will be placed in collection bins; ⚠️ the organizers assume no responsibility for the safekeeping of these items.

🪪 ID Verification

• Taiwan Guests: Must bring valid physical ID, age 18+.
• International Guests: Must present passport photo page (digital copy on phone), age 18+.
• 🚫 Staff reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who are intoxicated or disruptive.

🚨 Safety & Security

• The event will be reported in advance to the local police and fire department.
• On-site First Aid Station (3~5 certified paramedics + 1 ambulance).
• Professional fire protection company will monitor all fire safety equipment.
• 🔥 No lighters or fire-starting devices allowed.
• ⚠️ Please keep noise levels low outside the venue. Proper clothing is required when leaving — no nudity outside.

💳 On-site Payment Methods

• Accepted: Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa (Taiwan credit cards included), LINE Pay (Taiwan Users Only), Cash.
• ❌ American Express (AE) not supported.
• International credit card counters are more available; LINE Pay and cash counters are fewer. When purchasing vouchers, please make sure to line up at the counter that matches your payment method. Always confirm the amount at checkout, as refunds will not be provided once you leave.
• Invoice requests: Bring your drink voucher to the ticket counter on the 1st floor. Unclaimed invoices will be donated to the Tainan Stray Animal Care Association, recommended by our partner: 毛小孩不孤單 @twonlyloveanimals.
• ❌ Tickets & vouchers are non-refundable. Vouchers are valid across all 4 events and can be redeemed once for ONE of the following services:
  1. Drink @ bar counter
  2. Storage/Coat Check @ 1F entrance
  3. Shuttle Bus to Beimen @ outside 1F entrance

⚠️ General Rules

• All entry is one ticket per person, free seating.
• ❌ Under 18 not allowed.
• ❌ No flip-flops allowed.
• On-site staff will patrol the venue. Illegal behavior is strictly prohibited.
• 20 outdoor toilets are available near the outdoor parking lot, cleaned and serviced daily.
