NOTICE

• Here is the ticketing procedure: Book the ticket online, pay by credit card and collect it at the ibon kiosk at 7-11 convenience stores. Please kindly check the frequently asked questions section on iNDIEVOX website for further details.
• Early bird tickets are limited to two for each person. Each can buy up to four pre-sale tickets.
• Early bird tickets will be available at 2200 pm on Saturday (2021/12/4). If they run out fast, please purchase the ticket at the door on the day of the event. Only cash is accepted.
• Guests are advised to get the pre-sale tickets early as the party venue can only accommodate up to 950 people due to COVID capacity control
• Ticket sales at the door and entry will be suspended after the number of attendees reaches the maximum legal capacity. Further entry will only be allowed upon a person leaving (one-out one-in). Holders of pre-sale tickets can enjoy priority access. Please enter the venue early to avoid capacity control.
• In order to control the number of attendees, no re-entry is permitted before 02:00 am. A new ticket will be required if guests need to leave the venue and re-enter again. Ticket availability is subject to venue capacity.
• Please observe the COVID-19 protocols: entry will only be allowed when the patron wears a mask, having his temperature checked, using a hand sanitizer and scanning the QR code to provide contact information.
• Face masks are mandatory on the premises.
• No club drugs, chewing gums, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, betel nuts or outside food are permitted.
• A thorough body check will be performed to prohibit any illegal substances, cigarettes, lighters, chewing gums, betel nuts, outside food and beverage. The organizer has the right to refuse entry of those who possess any of the above-mentioned items.
• Coat check is available at a charge.
• In order to ensure your safety, no open-toe footwear or sandals are allowed.
• No entry is allowed under the age of 18 or without a valid identification card.
• The organizer reserves the right to ask anyone who appears to be unconscious to leave.
• A ticket allows entry for one person only. No ticket re-issuance is possible when a loss is reported.
• Please make sure the event you intend to attend before you make the ticket purchase. No ticket exchange is allowed. Only a refund will be offered if a ticket exchange is requested.
• Please read the FAQ section carefully before you request a ticket refund and pay close attention to the deadline.
• No ticket refund is allowed 10 days prior to the event (including the event day). The refund deadline for this event is 2021/12/21 (Tuesday). A refund request will only be processed based on the receipt date of mailing. Any delayed application will be denied.
• The staff members reserve the rights to amend, interpretate and alter the rules and can refuse entry to guests who display any inappropriate behaviors.
